TIPSTo create a new appointment, simply type in your appointment details and press [ENTER]. The minimum requirement is a subject. If no start time is specified, it will default to the next 1/2 hr. Use a space to separate sections of your entry. Use a hyphen to separate the start and end times/dates. For example, 3pm - 4pm. If a start time/day entered is in the past, it will default to that time the following day. AutoCal guesses most dates and time entries. Some examples you can use; 3pm tomorrow 3pm friday 3pm mon 15:00 3pm 15/05/07 To specify a reminder time, prefix the number (in minutes) with a "r". Example: r45 To specify a location, prefix the location with the word "at". Example: at Marketing Department To explicitly specify a subject, place it in double quotes "".
