TIPS
-
To create a new appointment, simply type in your appointment details and press [ENTER].
-
The minimum requirement is a subject. If no start time is specified, it will default to the next 1/2 hr.
-
Use a space to separate sections of your entry.
-
Use a hyphen to separate the start and end times/dates. For example, 3pm - 4pm. If a start time/day entered is in the past, it will default to that time the following day.
-
AutoCal guesses most dates and time entries. Some examples you can use;
-
3pm tomorrow
-
3pm friday
-
3pm mon
-
15:00
-
3pm 15/05/07
-
To specify a reminder time, prefix the number (in minutes) with a "r". Example: r45
-
To specify a location, prefix the location with the word "at". Example: at Marketing Department
-
To explicitly specify a subject, place it in double quotes "". Example: 3pm wed "Arrange tennis for Friday"
